25XAI is a trade name used by Crest Vantex LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("25XAI," "we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
When you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your business on our booking, discovery call, or survey forms.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track visitors across other sites. It only records aggregate page-visit data (pages viewed, general location, referral source), never anything that identifies you personally.
We use GoHighLevel as our CRM to manage bookings and follow-ups, and Zoom or Google Meet to host calls. These providers process the information necessary to schedule and run your appointment.
If you provide your phone number and opt in to text messages, we may send you SMS related to your inquiry, scheduled calls, or the services you've requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, this information is not shared with any third parties.
If you purchase a paid service, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, Stripe handles that directly under its own security standards.
We use your information to schedule and deliver your call or Sprint, follow up about your project, and send you information you've requested. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver our services and to meet our own legal and tax recordkeeping obligations.
