The discovery call is free. There is no charge and nothing to refund. If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email, or email [email protected].
The Leak Check Sprint is non-refundable once the engagement begins. This is by design, it keeps the Sprint reserved for operators who are ready to act on what we find. Before you book, you're welcome to take the free discovery call first, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
If you need to move a scheduled Sprint call, email [email protected] as early as possible. We'll do our best to find a new time that works.
