25XAI is a trade name used by Crest Vantex LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("25XAI," "we," "us," "our"). By booking a call or purchasing a service through 25xai.com, you agree to these terms.
We offer a free 15-minute discovery call, on that call we identify one specific fix for something slow, manual, or leaking money in your business, no pitch, no obligation. We also offer the Leak Check Sprint, a paid engagement covering two 45-minute working calls, a live audit of your account, and a written fix list ranked by cost.
Recommendations are based on our professional judgment and experience. Results depend on your business, your implementation, and market conditions outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, revenue, or savings.
Fees for the Leak Check Sprint are due at the time of booking or as invoiced. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The free discovery call carries no charge.

Any recommendations, frameworks, or written materials we produce for you remain our intellectual property. You're free to use and implement them in your own business. We retain the right to use our own methods and frameworks with other clients.
Information you share with us about your business is kept confidential and used only to deliver our services to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 25XAI and Crest Vantex LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
